You will get one plant the first week of every month, one small asymmetrical pot and non-organic medicum 

We are closing our Spring Subscription season on March 15th, 2023. Only existing subscription customers will receive packages after this date.

Three month subscription will ship: April, May June 2023

Six month subscriptions will open up in early autumn of 2023. 

*Subscriptions include 3 day delivery via UPS. If you are an existing subscription customer you will get a free shipping code to the main Cedar Creek Farmhouse website the week before your subscription ships so you can add to the package free of charge, if desired.
