You will get one plant the first week of every month, one small asymmetrical pot and non-organic medicum 

We are closed for subscriptions over the summer, but we are allowing preorders of our autumn subscription. Our first shipment will be November 1st.

Three month subscription will ship November, December and January

Six month subscription will ship November, December, January, February, March and April

*Subscriptions include 3 day delivery via UPS. If you are an existing subscription customer you will get a free shipping code to the main Cedar Creek Farmhouse website the week before your subscription ships so you can add to the package free of charge, if desired.
